- Wood Destroying Organism (Pest) Inspection (optional and by request):
- Identify Conditions Conducive to Wood Destroying Organisms (i.e. excessive moisture, inadequete ventilation, earth to wood contact, etc.)
- Identify Damage by Wood Destroying Organisms (i.e Subterranean or Dampwood Termites, Carpenter or Moisture Ants, Anobiid Beetles, etc.)
- Identify Active Wood Decaying Fungi (rot)
