Availability
7 Days a Week, 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. 3 to 5 days advanced notice is best; however, I will stretch the workday to meet your deadlines.
Standards of Practice
We strictly inspect in accordance to Washington State Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors & Inspections, Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 308-408C.
For structural pest inspections, we further comply with Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Standards of the Washington State Pest Management Association in accordance with WAC 16-228-2005 through 16-228-2045.

  • Wood Destroying Organism (Pest) Inspection (optional and by request):
    • Identify Conditions Conducive to Wood Destroying Organisms (i.e. excessive moisture, inadequete ventilation, earth to wood contact, etc.)
    • Identify Damage by Wood Destroying Organisms (i.e Subterranean or Dampwood Termites, Carpenter or Moisture Ants, Anobiid Beetles, etc.)
    • Identify Active Wood Decaying Fungi (rot)
    • Includes completion of Form NPMA-33 for VA and FHA real estate transactions if needed
